To request a return you must email us at info@petpads.net and we will provide you with a return label on the same day.
If you would like to request a return or replacement, please email us at info@petpads.net with your order number.
- Please don’t ship the item back to us without receiving the return label.
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
