Yes, canceling will restart your loyalty tier. If you need a pause, skipping or rescheduling your next order does not affect your loyalty tier. Keep autoship active to not lose out on cash back and discounts.
You can access all your Autoship details in the customer portal. Simply login and you’ll see your current loyalty tier and the corresponding rewards under the "Subscriptions" tab.
Both subscriptions will go towards your order streak. For example, 2 subscriptions will increase your order streak by 2. Whether they deliver on the same day or separate, each order counts.
