A. You can contact our customer service team from 9 am to 5 pm ET.(Mon – Sat).

Q. What are the standard shipping times? +

A. Orders placed by 3PM EST will ship the same day!

Most customers receive their orders within 2-4 days of placing them. Orders placed in NY will receive it within 1-2 days of placing them. For further details, please have a look at our Shipping Policy

Q. What's Auto-ship? +

A. With Auto-Ship & Save, you choose the product of your choice. Schedule the frequency, quantity and address, so that we ship or deliver you the selected product at your planned time. Get access to 5% off on all recurring orders with inventory priority to ensure you never run out of your favorites.  There is neither an extra charge for it nor a cancellation fee. It’s free!

Q. How long does it take to get my order? +

A. You shouldn't have to wait to get
your order! Orders placed by 3PM EST will usually ship the same day, and most customers receive their orders within 1-4 days.

Q. Can I track the status of my order? +

A. You can surely track your order status via our customer portal Track Order. Your order number is required. It is provided to you via email when the order is placed.

Q. Who will be delivering my order? +

A. We believe in premium service quality, hence we ship or deliver your orders via UPS, FedEx and other premium carrier services only. Practice to provide you with the best possible services!

Q. Do I need to be there to sign for it? +

A. It’s not mandatory for you to be there to sign for your order; we could deliver it to your doorsteps or even to your doorman.

Q. Do you ship to P.O. boxes? +

A. Currently we don't ship to P.O. boxes.

Q. Do you ship to CANADA or the REMOTE AREAS OF ALASKA & HAWAII? +

A. Currently we don't ship or deliver to Canada or remote areas of Alaska & Hawaii.

Q. Do you charge sales tax? +

A. Yes we do charge sales tax but within the respective destinations only, such as New York.

Q. Do you ship internationally? +

A. So sorry, but currently we don't ship internationally. Right now we ship within the US only.

Q. Do you work with pet-related organizations? +

A. Yes we do work with pet-related organizations, rather we

Q. What is your Return Policy? +

A. As we always say that your satisfaction is our prime concern, hence we do serve the return policy based on two conditions: 1st The Product should be unused and new in condition & 2nd Return should be within the 30 days of purchase.
