Refund policy

Here at PetsWorld our return policy is simple and worry-free: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your pet supplies,  you can place a return within 30 days of the delivery date. You can return any item for any reason in new and unused condition: no shipping charges.

To request a return you must email us at Info@petsworld.com and we will provide you with a return label on the same day.

Please don’t ship the item back to us without receiving the return label.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

MISSING SHIPMENTS?:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
