    LOVE these! My Cavalier King Charles Spaniels cannot go through the night without going outside, I keep two of these at the foot of my bed for them. They hold lots of fluid, have not torn (I've been using them over a year), and no leaks! Wish they were a tad cheaper, I suppose given their size......

To request a return you must email us at info@petpads.net and we will provide you with a return label on the same day.

If you would like to request a return or replacement, please email us at info@petpads.net with your order number.

  • Please don’t ship the item back to us without receiving the return label.
  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
